The content of what you write or speak into BreatheOut is yours alone. We never upload the text of your thoughts. It stays on your device.
To run the app and keep improving it, we do sync a small amount of account information and anonymized usage signals to our servers. This policy lists what that includes.

We do not sell data to advertisers. We do not embed third-party trackers. BreatheOut is free and has no ads.

We keep your data only while your account is active. Deleted accounts' data is removed from live systems within 30 days.
If a data breach occurs, we'll notify affected users by phone/email within 72 hours of discovery, per applicable law.
When we materially change this policy, we'll ask you to re-accept on your next sign-in. The version you accepted is stored with your account record.
